GBV Weekly Dhamma Programs: Mindfulness Practice & Dhamma Discussions
When: Every Thursday from 7: PM – 8:30 PM EDT

Detailed Evening Schedule:
Guided meditation: (45 minutes) – Focusing on Mindfulness and Loving Kindness.
Dhamma discussion: (1 hour)
Q & A session: (15 minutes)

When: Weekly (please confirm day via club contact), meets at 6:00 PM
Description: Student-run group meeting for practice and discussion.
Vassana Seson: From July to Nov, Daily 28 Buddha Puja and Dhamma Sesson at 7:00pm

Jul 29 (Wed): Vas Āradhana (Inviting Monks for Rains Retreat).
Aug 22 (Sat): Special Dhamma School Sil Program (in conjunction with the Poya date).

Nov 7 (Sat): GBV Katina Ceremony – The Robe Offering Ceremony concluding the Rains Retreat.
